"I would just like to say what an excellent service you have provided to the surgery in the upholstering of the practice chairs.
I contacted you to obtain a quote to have 41 chairs upholstered due to significant damage to our office and patient waiting room chairs. The quote was provided quickly and efficiently and once agreed that the practice was happy to process, you provided dates that you would be able to come and collect the chairs, you kept me up to date regularly on when these would be expected back, which was never more than a couple of days. Due to the amount of chairs we needed doing and us not being able to let you take them all at once you worked with me to ensure you took a set amount that helped us to continue working as normal and be able to continue to have seats for our staff members.
The turnaround for completion of this job and the amount of chairs was excellent and the quality is amazing, a number have staff and patients have complimented that they look brand new. "I contacted Gareth about an old Parker Knoll chair that I had. It was a solid chair, that was in poor condition in regards to the fabric and paintwork on the arms. Gareth quoted me a good price to upholster, and a timeframe. Gareth then collected the chair, and gave me updates on its progress, he even fixed a motor on the massage back of the chair. When Gareth delivered my chair back to me, I was so pleased with the quality of his workmanship, it’s like new again! Thank you so much " - David Clarke
